High Performance Heads
Our heads are built on 043 Mexico castings with 3/4 reach 14mm plug holes. Stainless steel valves, Chromoly valve seats, dual valve springs and Chromoly retainers. Our heads also have multi-angle valve job and come ready to run.
- Big Valve Heads: 40x35 or 42 x 27 valve size with hand blended seats.
- Stage 1 Ported Head: 40x35 valve size. Oval intake port; ported combustion chamber; ported exhaust . 62 cc intake runner. Excellent head for small displacement performance engines.
- Stage 1 Plus Head: 42x37 valve size; oval intake port. Excellent head for large displacement type 2 engines.
- Stage 2 Head: 42x 37 valve size; Street port intake; ported chamber; oval exhaust port; 67cc intake runner. Excellent head for off road and street engines 2000cc and larger.
- Stage 2 plus Head: 42x37 valve size with welded intake ports; ported chamber; oval exhaust port. 70cc intake runner. Excellent head for hot street and off road race engines.
- Steve Tims Signature Race Head: 42 x 37 valve size with welded intake ports; ported chamber; ported exhaust . 74cc intake runner. Excellent head for street race and race engines.
We can Port & Polish and service all after market Vw head castings such as 044, S/E, C/E, S/F.
